Indusys Technology, Inc. (ITI) is a Small, Asian-American, Woman-owned and Operated, Computer Service Center, established in 1989 by a management team with over 10 years of component-level repair core competency in the service industry.  Since its inception, ITI has performed over One Million repairs.  ITI provides repair and return, advance exchange, equipment sales, logistical support and inventory management services for UNIX, Network and PC platforms, as well as Network Consulting Services, from its corporate location in San Jose, CA to its customer base, nation-wide.

With our 70,000 square foot, state-of-the-art building located in the heart of Silicon Valley, ITI is strategically situated to recruit from a talented pool of ethnically diversified technical and support personnel in the area.  This allows us to stay current with leading edge technology, grow with our core customers' markets and provide ground-level support for both vertical and parallel technology markets for new customers.

ITI's technicians are continuously trained and certified in new products and technologies, with certifications ranging from A+ to CCIE.  Our principals, all of whom have a Masters and/or Bachelors degree, have set a very high standard by continuing to upgrade their skills through management and/or technical training.

Technology and process innovations are the essential elements utilized by ITI to serve our customers efficiently.  We pursue relentlessly to improve our internal processes so that we may not only meet customers' specific requirements, but also meet them so cost-effectively that the savings can be passed on to those customers.  ITI's in-house software development for front and back end operations, in addition to ISO 9001:2000 certification, continue to drive ITI to lower cost, higher quality and quicker response.  Our success is now, and always has been, measured by our customers' own matrixes.
